This is my ProLight 18watt OMNIFLOOD E+ bulb. This bulb has a electronic ballast and you can replace the bulb. I think that this adapter is a grate adapter but it has a lot of wasted light. Only about 50% of the light gets out and the rest is wasted and is turned into heat. That is why there are cooling fins on this bulb. Anyways I got this bulb at a restore and it was brand new.
